Flowline submersible jet aerator pumps are engineered for efficient waste water aeration in effluent and sewage treatment plants. Designed and manufactured at our ISO 9001:2015 certified facility in Gujarat, these pumps combine pumping and aeration in a single submerged unit.
The jet aerator draws liquid from the aeration tank and forces it through a specially designed nozzle, creating a pressure drop that draws in atmospheric air. The air-liquid mixture creates fine bubbles distributed throughout the tank, providing high oxygen transfer rates — more efficient than surface aerators.
Available from 1 HP to 7.5 HP, Flowline jet aerators are suitable for ETP and STP plants of various sizes. Submerged operation reduces noise, making them ideal for plants near residential areas.
